Member Spotlight – Kim Gately

Please welcome Kim Gately, BSW, MSW of Brandywine Elder Care Management. Kim is a new member of ALCA. She practices in Chester County, PA.

Prior to joining Brandywine Elder Care Management as an independent contractor, Kim worked as a social worker in a post acute care setting for 13 years. She wanted to continue following clients throughout the continuum of care. Especially enjoying assisting clients understand their options and advocating for their rights, Kim is also passionate about arranging end of life care and supporting clients and their families at the end of life.

In joining ALCA, Kim hopes to network with individuals from different areas to share advice, assistance and support regarding similar difficult client circumstances.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her children, and doing “anything outdoors!”
