Corporate Member Spotlight – VGM Live at Home

Please welcome Jim Greatorex of VGM Live at Home. VGM Live at Home is a national organization, with a national network of certified, vetted, full-service independently owned home accessibility contractors. VGM can connect ALCA members and their clients to a professional company that can educate the homeowner on modifications to help prevent falls, promote independence and help clients live safely in their home. These are independent local companies dedicated to providing meaningful services in their communities.

VGM Live at Home also has an e-commerce website – Healthy Living at Home. It offers discounted health and safety related products with a senior slant. The hand-picked products are known to have high customer satisfaction, and provide excellent value and quality.

Jim tells us that VGM has the only network of companies with contractors focused solely on helping people Age in Place. Their Select Contractors can provide recommendations to help homeowners prioritize their needs, and can perform the modifications, including installing needed products.

Believing that home is more than a structure, it is where life’s most vivid memories happen for a family. Senior congregated housing serves an important purpose, but many people want to remain in their homes for as long as possible as it holds great meaning to them. Our mission is to help our member companies become the trusted source for Aging in Place contracting and Home Accessibility. We are passionate about the meaningful work!

Jim enjoys camping (new find due to COVID) golf, hiking, traveling to see friends and family, pinball, and annual trips to Mexico (fingers crossed).
