Corporate Member Spotlight – Paragon Assisted Living

Please welcome Juan Tuason of Paragon Assisted Living, a new corporate member to ALCA. Paragon AL has two residential assisted living facilities in Virginia: one in McLean and the other in Falls Church. They also provide private-duty non-medical home care services serving all of Northern Virginia.

Paragon also consistently partners with ALC Managers to assist it’s residents and clients who need help with the various elder-care challenges that arise.

Juan tells us, ” We invest in and focus on our PEOPLE, based on the foundation that people who share a devotion and passion for caring for others translates in the best overall care for our residents/clients.” Additionally, “affordability of care is a big challenge that I care about…the quality of care that our clients/residents receive is so different than what is available to those who cannot afford our services.”

Juan enjoys time with family, “especially after being newly blessed with my first two grandchildren.”
