Louise Mohardt moderates the virtual unit, a merry band of geographically isolated MidAtlantic members.

She founded Geriatric Support Services 15 years ago in the Northern Neck of Virginia. This is a rural peninsula near the lower Chesapeake Bay.

She has been quoted as saying “I have been working with older adults for over 30 years and now I am one.” As an active chapter member I enjoy interacting with all my many friends and colleagues.
